5.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Services. 5.2. Common Dictionary Orders: 90650000-8 Asbestos Removal Services5.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From Real Estate Located In The Lubawa Commune. 5.4. The Scope Of The Task Includes Collecting, Transport (I.E. Securing And Transferring Asbestos To The Landfill Of Dangerous Products) And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products: 5.4.1. The Contracting Authority Provides For Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos From 164 Properties, Which Is 657.77 Mg.5.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 5.5.1. Transport Of Asbestos -Contained Elements Secured, 5.5.2. The Utilization Of Asbestos Plates After Transferring Them To Places Where They Can Be Disposal, Having Permission To Take This Type Of Waste. A Detailed List Containing Real Estate Addresses And Quantities Intended For Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products Will Be Transferred To The Contractor Upon Signing The Contract And Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract. 5.6. The Contractor Will Complete All Formalities Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Notifications To The Required Administration Bodies, And Also Incur All Costs Related To It. The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Equipment To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Provide Staff Trained For Safe Removal Of Asbestos Material. The Obligations Related To Legal Requirements In The Implementation Of The Task Are On The Part Of The Contractor. 5.7. Settlement For The Service Rendered Will Take Place On The Basis Of, Among Others ,:5.7.1. Transfer Of The Final Protocol For The Implementation Of The Project, 5.7.2. Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo) Containing Asbestos, Transferred To Disposal At The Waste Landfill, 5.7.3. Lists Of Real Estate, From Which Waste Was Transferred To The Landfill Together With The Determination Of Their Mass, Number Of Plots And Geodetic Precincts, 5.7.4. Statements Of The Property Owner About The Completion Of Work And Lack Of Comments, 5.7.5. Contractors Statements About The Correctness Of The Works And Cleaning The Area Of Asbestos. 5.8. Before Receiving The Receipt, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Schedule In Consultation With The Owners Of The Property On Which The Service Will Be Performed And The Contracting Authority Will Be Submitted. 5.9. The Contractor Should Submit The Work To The Competent Building Supervision Authority, The Competent Labor Inspector, The Sanitary Inspector Within At Least 7 Days Before The Commencement Of Work. 5.10. Order Co -Financed From The Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management.
