1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Childrens Club In Fałków Teaching Aid To Conduct Care, Educational And Educational Classes. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Unused, Brand New, Free From Defects And In Accordance With The Requirements And Parameters Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. If The Documents Consisting Of A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicate The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Contracting Authority - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated In The Tender Documentation, Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Directly Product Or The Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above -Mentioned Documentation. Solutions Should Be Understood As Equivalent Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Documentation. If The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Documentation, But Does Not Provide Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Which Is Functionally Suitable For The Demand For Demand. Conservation Names Are Only An Auxiliary Nature For Determining The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used. Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Annulment Of The Contract Award Procedure, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Would Not Be Granted To Him6.
