    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Ditches Divided Into Areas Together With The Current Maintenance Of Reservoirs Belonging To Them In The City Of Gliwice, Which The Contracting Authority Divided Into Parts: Part 1 - Area No. 2. Brzezinka District. The Order Is Carried Out Under The Tasks Resulting From The Act Of 20 July 2017 Water Law And Related To Protection And Flood Economy In The City Gliwice. The Concise Scope Of Work Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And The Inside Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. Removal Regarding The Need To Employ Employees Formulating Requirements Regarding The Need To Employ Employees Under An Employment Contract On The Employment Contract With Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act. They Were Specified In Detail In Annex 5 To Swz - Template Of The Contract. Nothing On The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Formulate The Requirements Indicated In Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act.
