Checking The Technical And Technological Assumptions Contained In The Opz And General Assumptions Of The Implementation Of The Task; 2) Preparation Of Project Documentation-Executive Documentation. To Develop Project Documentation Along With Its Agreement And Approval By The Ordering Party. The Design Documentation Will Be Made In 3 Copies Taking Into Account The Technical Conditions Issued By Pge Dystrybucja S.A Of 08.08.2024 And, Among Others It Will Contain The Following Elements: - Descriptive Part, - Drawing Part: Situational Plan - Pzt On The Map For Opinions, Drawings, Schemes, Etc., - Obtaining A Map For Opinions, - Information On Safety And Health Care, - Technical Specifications Of Execution And Receipt Of Works, - All Necessary Arrangements And Permission; In This Agreement With The Energy Network Gestor In The Scope Of Dismantling And Assembly Of Lighting Fixtures On The Network Of The Network Gestor,-Notification Of Construction Works-Issued For The Contracting Authority (If Required),-Issues And Cost Estimates, Material And Financial Schedule-As-Built Documentation. 4.2.2. Construction Works, Including: 1) Making The Necessary Reports And Obtaining Necessary Approvals And Permits Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Applicable Legal Acts; 2) Dismantling The Existing Luminaires Provided For Modernization / Replacement, And The Transfer Of Them To The Commune Office / Gestor Of The Luminaire Network Ownership Of The Municipal Office Should Be Delivered To The Designated Place Indicated By The Office, The Luminaires Owned By The Office, The Luminaires Indicated By The Office, The Ownership Of Pge Office, 3) Replacement Of Existing Street Lighting Fixtures For Energy -Saving Led Type - 535 Pcs. With Individual Power Reduction (Control System); 4) Performing Other Necessary Works Related To Laying Wires, Devices, Electrical Installation Necessary For Operation And Correct Operation Of The Installation; 5) Conducting The Required Attempts And Tests, Along With Obtaining Works And Preparation Of Documents Related To Commissioning Of Facilities; 6) Correct Launching The Entire Installation And Performing The Necessary Electrical Measurements And Lighting Intensity Measurements; 7) Obtaining And Preparing The Necessary Documents (Protocols, Warranty Cards And Service Books) Related To The Transfer Of Rebuilt Luminaires For Use; 8) Conducting Training Of Representatives Of The Contracting Authority In The Field Of Service And Operation Of The Installations And Installed Devices (Training Confirmed By The Protocol In Which The Training Range Will Be Described).
