Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services in Humanitarian, and Development Studies, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation in Somalia. Deadline for submission: 20 August 2025 Required Profile and Qualifications The qualifications and experience of the company should at least meet the following requirements: 1. Relevant degree(s) in social sciences or development studies or similar. 2. Lead consultant holds Masters/PhD degree in social studies on womens rights, health care system, Humanitarian Action/Disaster Management, Development studies, Peace and security, Monitoring and Evaluation or International studies or equivalent professional experience with 3+ years of consultancy experience. 3. Strong experience with and knowledge of participatory qualitative and quantitative research methods and sampling strategies. 4. Statistical analysis skills and strong proficiency with data analysis packages. 5. Sound knowledge in project proposal development and results-based project management. 6. Proven experience in conducting TPM studies, evaluation, and other research projects, with research experience in the area of health care system, protection, food security and local capacity strengthening. 7. Minimum of 5 years of work experience with international organizations or development partners. 8. A diverse and gender-balanced team is essential. Inclusion of professionals with demonstrated expertise in disability inclusion will be highly valued 9. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, with substantial experience in communicating with and managing of multicultural teams. 10. Knowledge of Somali language is essential requirement. 11. In-depth knowledge of Somalia and its regions including government and community level service delivery structures. 12. Extensive experiences with humanitarian and/ or development projects. 13. No conflict of interest regarding action medeor and the implementing partners.
