    The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Implement The Construction Of The Stage And The Supply Of Outdoor Furniture According To The Project. The Contracting Authority Deliberately Joined The Implementation Of Podium And Outdoor Furniture, Because In Both Cases It Is Mainly Carpentry Designs Made In Massifs And Connected By Classic Craft Carpentry Connections (Draft, Overlapping, Campaigning, Putting, Embarking, Oak Pegs). The Supplier Must Control The Implementation Of These Carpentry Structures, So The Contracting Authority Warns That The Subject Of The Awarded Public Contracts Are Not Common Construction Work. The Detailed Scope Of Work And Delivery Required By The Contracting Authority Is Specified In The Project And In The Inventory Of Work With The Bill. The Delivery Of The Construction Means The Complete And Perfect Implementation Of All Works And Constructions, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Operational Work, As Well As The Performance Of All Activities Related To The Delivery And Construction, The Design Of Which Is Necessary For Proper Completion Of The Work. Work That Is Not Listed In The List Of Work With The Bill Is Provided By The Contracting Authority.
