    The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is To Perform The Supplies Of Materials, Construction And Installation Work According To The Inventory Of Works, Supplies And Services According To The Project Documentation Of The Project “Cz.31.1.0/0.0/0.0/22_011/0004379”. Part Of The Subject Of Performance And Bid Price Is In Particular: (A) Ensuring The Protection Of Existing And New Underground Utilities, Including The Protocol On Their Inviolability In Their Backward Handover To The Administrators. B) Supply, Divorce And Installation Of Passive Elements Of The Optical Communication Network, Its Commissioning Including Measuring Protocols. (C) Documenting The Actual Execution Documentation. D) Ensuring All Documents Required By Laws And The Contracting Authorities, Regulations, Ie Prescribed Tests, Revisions (Eg Electrical Equipment), Attestations Of Materials And Products, Conformity Statements, Warranty Certificates, Etc. (E) To Ensure All Statutory Documents And Conditions For The Use Of The Building And Submit Their Submission To The Administered Administrative Body (§ 2I Line-Lz) (Use), Including Obtaining A Permit For Use Of The Work.
