    Work Detail

    The Contracting Authority Invites You To Register For The Tendering Of Delivery And Maintenance Of Household White And Brown Goods The Procedure Used For This Is The Public Procedure From The Procurement Act 2012 (Aw). The Contracting Authority Is The State Of The Netherlands, Ministry Of Defense. The Tender Is Carried Out By The Defense Support Command (Dosco). The Assignment Concerns The Supply, Installing And Occasional Maintenance Of Household White And Brown Goods On Call. In Addition, Repairing, Delivering Separate Spare Parts And Returning The Replacement Of Household White And Brown Goods Within The Scope Of The Assignment. Outside Scope Is Professional White And Brown Goods And Professional Audiovisual Means. The Assignment Must Be Carried Out At All Defense Locations Within The European Part Of The Netherlands, Including The Wadden Islands And Munster. See The Program Of Requirements In Appendix 1 Of This Guideline For A Detailed Description Of The Assignment. The Assignment Must Be Executed In Accordance With The Draft Agreement As Added To This Guideline As Appendix 2. The Ariv 2018 Defense Only Applies To The Agreement As General Terms And Conditions. See Appendix 3. The Applicability Of General (Delivery) Conditions Of The Tenderer And Third Parties Is Explicitly Excluded.
