The Contract Also Includes The Required Work In Neighborhood Land And Public Land As Well As Traffic And Accessibility Measures That Are Linked To The Construction. The Contract Includes All Required Work And Deliveries, Both Temporary For The Implementation Of The Contract And For The Ice Halls And Other Facilities Preparation In Fully Completed, Operational And Sustainable Condition In Accordance With The Contract Documents And With A Quality In Execution And Material Which, In The Case Of Expected Use, Provides The Technology For The Residential Halls. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Contract, The Building And Outdoor Areas Meet At The Time Of Completion Of All Applicable Government Requirements For The Intended Operations And Use, Including The Standard Required For The Intended Business. The Contract Includes All External Soil Work Required For The Construction Of The Ice Halls. The Extent Of The Contract In Detail Is Stated In The Contract Documents Stated In Afd.11. Te Hereby Undertakes On Bs Behalf On A Total Contract, Construct And Prepare Fully Finished Functioning Ice Halls With Associated Functions Such As Café, Serving Area, Dressing Room, Staff Rooms, Exercise Rooms And Administrative Space, Technology Spaces, Communication Areas And The Outdoor Area Outdoors And The Outdoor Area. 2.
