Prior Information Notice For Social Work Services Without Accommodation - Market Consultation Municipal Reception Ukrainians (Goo). Since The Russian Invasion Of Ukraine On February 14, 2022, Millions Of Ukrainians Have Fled. Some Of Them Have Sought Protection In The Netherlands. The Municipality Of Eindhoven Was Given The Task From The Government To Compensate For More Than 1,500 Ukrainian Displaced Persons. Spread Over Around 12 Central Reception Locations And 60 Homes, This Shelter Has Been Realized In Recent Years. But Daycare Means More Than Just A Roof Over The Head. It Also Requires Good Guidance, Support And Supervision - So That Residents Feel Safe And A Livable Living Climate Is Created. The Ministry Of Justice And Security Has Laid Down In The Naslagwerk Municipal Reception Of Ukrainians (Goo) How This Daycare Is Ideally Set Up. The Municipality Of Eindhoven Follows This Line And Sees Social And Facility Management As An Essential Part Of Its Approach. In Order To Be Able To Continue This Daycare In The Coming Years, The Municipality Is Preparing A New Tender. The Aim Is To Contract Several Providers From 5 March 2026 Who Will Perform Social And Facility Management At The Reception Locations. The Provisional Award Is Planned For The End Of December 2025 Or Early January 2026. During The Preparations, Various Scenarios Were Considered: From The Separate Tendering Of Locations To Accommodating The Assignment With One Main Contractor. In The End, A Setup With Four Plots Was Chosen. This Choice Was Made On The Basis Of Feasibility, Manageability And Market Access, And Must Ensure A Good Balance Between Direction, Economies And Opportunities For Various Types Of Providers. Through This Announcement, The Municipality Of Eindhoven Wants To Test Through A Market Consultation Whether This Approach Fits In With Practice. What Is Feasible, Where Are Barriers Or Opportunities? We Are Curious About Your Experiences And Insights. The Consultation Consists Of Two Parts: A Written Response To A Few Questions And A Joint Meeting. We Use The Input That We Extract From This To Further Tighten The Tender.
