Sewerage Management Services-25Dsp03-Public Service Delegation (Dsp) In The Form Of A Hoax For The Exploitation Of The Dassaining Public Service (Networks Of The West Collection Basin: La Seyne-Sur-Mer, Toulon-Ouest And Revest -Les-Eaux). The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Choose By The Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis Of The Holder Of The Delegation Contract For The Public Wastewater Collection Service, On The Toulon-Ouest Perimeter. This Contract Relates To The Exploitation Of The Public Service For The Collection Of Wastewater From The Municipalities Of La Seyne-Sur-Mer, Saint-Mandrier-Sur-Mer, Toulon-Ouest, And Revest-Les-Eaux, Dependent On The Dassaining Amphitria System, Or Approximately 476 Km Of Networks And 46 Recovery Stations. It Also Relates To The Proper Functioning Of The Non -Collective Dassaining Devices Of This Same Perimeter, Or 715 Units. The Public Service Concession Contract Will Take Effect-After Deliberation Of The Metropolitan Council Authorizing The President To Sign The Contract-As Of July 1, 2026 To Save On December 31, 2040, A Duration Of 14.5 Years, With An Entry Into The Contractual Perimeter For The Municipalities Of Toulon-Ouest And Revest-Les-Eaux Deferred On July 1, 2027.
