    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Basic Services: On -Site And Telephone Maintenance Consultations And Actions, Within Our Working Hours (From 9.00 To 17.30), With The Exception Of Holiday And Official Holidays, Updating The System With New Versions, Under The Employment Of The System, The System Of The System, The Disposal Of Working With The Program When Entering, Processing, Recording And Reading Data, If Necessary To Replace Defective Modules, Units And Elements Of The Access Control And Working Time Control System, They Are Replaced After Approval Of A Bid And Are Invoiced Separately, Backing Up The User Of The User And To Employees, Upon Receipt Of Support - To Respond To A Specific Request Within 2 (Two) Hours Of Receipt Of The Request, The Implementation Of Additional Functionality And/Or Design Of Additional Reports And/Or Change Of Existing Program Applications And/Or Additional Training Of Newly Appointed Employees - Within The Range Of Up To 80 Hours.
