General Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation According To The Standards Of Čkait Services For The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Rychltice House Of Culture 18, Hukvaldy (St. 28/1, 453/2, Cat. Be Careful! Processed Project Documentation Must Meet The Requirements For The Protection Measures And Energy Savings That Are Defined In The Rules For Applicants And Beneficiaries In The Operating Program Fair Transformation For The Period 2021–2027 (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Pržap”), Namely In Chapters: C.13 (Dnsh) And C.14 Screening Of Investment Resistance. Currently Valid Pržap Is An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation Within Annex 3 Of This Document. The Supplier Is Obliged To Proceed In The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Contract According To The Current Valid Version Of The Pržap.
