The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A New Building Of Utilities And Communication. The Construction Of Utilities Will Be Used For Water Supply And Gas Supply And Will Be Used To Remove Sewage From Their Operation. Furthermore, The Rainwater Will Drain Emergency Overflows Of The Infiltration Throughout And From The Existing Two Apartments. Public Lighting Will Be Provided By Lighting Of The Newly Established Purpose -Built Road. The New Purpose -Built Road Will Then Ensure Transport Services For New Houses Of Family Houses. The Disturbed Existing Rain And Sewage Sewer Will Be Replaced By New Networks Due To Their Unsatisfactory Technical Solution (Small Gradient) And Thus To Functional Restrictions Due To Piping Clogging. The Existing Network Pipes Will Be Left At The Existing Location And Will Not Be Functional. They Will Be Disconnected From The Objects And The Objects Concerned Will Be Connected To Newly Built Networks. Rainwater From Existing Apartment Buildings Will Be Liquidated Directly Into The New Rainwater Sewer.
