Rit Acquires Printers And Plotters Central To The Government Of The Republic Under Organization No. 119 Of 14.04.2022. The Framework Agreement Concluded As A Result Of A Public Procurement Shall Be Extended To All Public Authorities Mentioned In The Order Of The Respective Order, In Addition To Legal Persons Who Have Authorized The Organization Of Rit Public Procurement (Joint Contractors Listed In The List Of Joint Contractors). The Contracts Are Concluded For Both The Purchase And The Possibility Of A Full Maintenance Service. The Object Of The Contract Is Printers And Plotters With Accessories And Components. The Object Of The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of The Item To Be Purchased Or Leased And, Upon Termination Of The Contract, The Refund Of The Leased Thing (Withdrawal) At The Location Designated By The Contracting Authority Within The Limits Of The Republic Of Estonia. Due To The Law Of The Court Of Justice, The Framework Agreement Shall Be Considered To Be Terminated If The Maximum Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Estimated Value Has Been Fulfilled.
