Faasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis - Elaboration Of Feasibility Study For Expanding To 3 Lanes Per Direction Of The A1 Bucharest - Pitesti Highway. Within The Contract The Following Services Will Be Provided And The Following Documents Will Be Elaborated: • Technical Expertise For The A1 Highway, Bucharest -Pitesti Sector; • The Study Of Feasibility (Sf), Taking Into Account The Fully Applicability Of The Legislation In Force (Norms, Norms, Standards, Laws, Etc.) For The A1 Motorway, The Bucharest -Pitesti Sector. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With The Subsequent Amendments And Completions, And In Compliance With Article 20 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Intervene During The Period Of The Contract Refers To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: 1. Modifications Of The Contracting Parties, Under The Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter. D), Point (Ii); 2. Changes/ Legislative/ Normative Changes/ Stas/ Norms/ Order/ Instructions/ Etc; 3. Requests Of The Authorities/ Entities/ Institutions That Issue Notices/ Agreements/ Permits Or Other Entities That Have Attributions In Relation To The Project (Mtic, Mfe, Central And/ Or Local Institutions, Arr, Beneficiary, Sri, Certified Verifiers, Etc.); 4. Extending The Deadlines For Delivery Of Reports/Deliveries (Documents/Documentation); 5. Replacement Of The Personnel Nominated By The Provider For The Fulfillment Of The Contract; 6.. Extending The Duration Of The Contract 7. Replacement/Introduction Of Subcontractors; 8. The Application Of The Law On Historical Monuments, The Realization Of The Road Safety Audit, The Elaboration Of The Puz; 9. Research Requirements And Archaeological Works. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions In Which They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (7) Of Law No. 98/2016. The Extension Of The Duration Of The Contract Can Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 20 Of The Service Contract.
