The Acquisition Focuses On The Ion Chromatographic Mass Spectrometer (Ic -Ms) Equipment And Its Supply, And To Be Installed On The Customers Premises. The Acquisition Also Includes Maintenance And Repair Services Provided By The Equipment Supplied And Equipment Training. In Addition, The Site Includes Consumer Goods And Supply, Reporting And Customer Service Required For The Use Of The Equipment. The Acquisition Includes Compulsory Offered Printer, Nitrogen Generator And Table As Defined In Annex 1 Of The Delivery Agreement. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Contract Period The Delivery Agreement Will Take Effect When It Is Signed. The Delivery Agreement Shall Expire When The Equipment And Its Installation And Use Training Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Terms Of The Delivery Agreement In Annex 8 And The Contracting Parties Have Fulfilled All Their Contractual Obligations.
