Public-Service Buses-Purchase Of New, Zero-Emission Electric Buses With A Charging Station. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Purchase Of 1 (One) Factory New, Urban, Zero -Emission Mini -Class Electric Bus, 5.5 - 7.5 M Long, Intended For Transporting In Public Public Transport. The Delivered Bus Will Be Brand New, Which Means That It Will Be Produced Not Earlier Than 6 (Six) Months Before The Date Set In Accordance With Point 4 Of Swz And With A Mileage According To The Counter Not More Than 500 Km. B) Purchase Of 1 (One) Factory New, Urban, Zero -Emission Midi Electric Bus, 7.5 - 8.8 M Long, Intended For Transporting In Public Public Transport. Each Of The Buses Offered Will Be Brand New, Which Means That It Will Be Produced Not Earlier Than 6 (Six) Months Before The Date Set In Accordance With Point 4 Of Swz And With A Mileage According To The Counter Not More Than 500 Km. C) Purchase Of A Free -Standing, Two -Band 180 Kw Charger (2X90 Kw) With The Cost Of Delivery, Foundation, Assembly And Udt Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz (Technical Parameters). The Subject Of The Contract Includes Granting The Contracting Authority By The Contractor Of Partial Authorization (Internal) Or Authorization For Entire Vehicles, For The Performance Of Service And Repair Works Offered In The Offered Vehicle Together With The Training Of Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Ongoing Service And Repair Of The Bus (Electric, Mechanical And Bodywork). If The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Perform Repair Work On Its Own, He Will Ask The Contractor Or To The Authorized Service Station Indicated By The Contractor For Assistance In The Repair, During The Warranty Period And Besides This Period. The Contractor Will Conduct A Comprehensive Training For At Least 8 Drivers, 4 Electromechanics And 2 Technical Department Employees Including: A) Technical Service Of The Bus (Electromechanics), B) Familiarization With The Bus, Daily Operation And Driving Technique By Electric Buses Based On Test Driving (Driver), C) Reporting Faults, Purchase Of Spare Parts (Technical Employees). The Training Must Be Completed With A Written Confirmation Issued By The Bus Manufacturer. The Offered Buses Must Meet All The Requirements Specified By Law And Norms, In Particular: A) Have Documents Allowing Its Registration And Operation In Poland, B) Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Provisions Contained In Section Iii Of The Act Of 20.06.1997. - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), C) Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Point 11.4 Swz. The Contractor Will Present The Employer To The Employer Before Technical Acceptance -
