Works include the preparation and submission of as built shop drawings for approval, installation of a chemical resistant sink height between 850,1150mm, and a complete laboratory exhaust ventilation system. This system comprises a ducted fume hood with integrated lighting and sash safety glass, a chemical duty centrifugal roof exhaust fan with appropriate static pressure, ducting made of chemical resistant material, and a control system featuring both audible and visual alarms. The tender also covers the supply and installation of an emergency safety shower and eyewash station enclosed in 12mm thick safety glass with a top cover, with the showerhead positioned at a height between 2100, 2400mm. Plumbing works shall include all required piping, inlets, outlets, and accessories.
