The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of Hospital Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Nis”), Including Its Integration On Internal Information Systems Of The Contracting Authority And External Information Systems Via The Ehealth Integration Platform, And Providing Service Services To Nis, Including Technical Support And Further Development Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Supply Of Hw And System Sw To Ensure The Operation Of The Nis If The Existing Hw And System Sw The Contracting Authority Is Not Sufficient To Ensure The Operation Of The Nis According To The Participant Of The Tender. The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Specified In Detail In The Business And Payment Conditions (Annex 3 Of The Tender Documentation), Especially In Their Annexes.
