Tenders Are Invited For “Insurance Of Customs Agency Employees With Group Risk Insurance Against Accident And Life Insurance

1. Subject Of The Order The Subject Of Award With This Contract Is: Insurance Of The Employees Of The Customs Agency With Group Risk Insurance Against Accident And Life Insurance. The Subject And The Volume Of The Public Procurement Include The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Life Insurance, Health And Bodily Integrity Employees Of The Customs Agency (Am) For 2026 And 2027, By Concluding Group Insurance Against Accident And Life Insurance, According To Art. 10 Para. 16 Of The Customs Act. All Employees Of The Central Customs Administration And The Territorial Directorates Of The Agency, Who Are In Employment And Employment Relations, As Well As The Appointed Under The Procedure Of Decree No. 66 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 28.03.1996 For The Personnel Provision Of Certain Activities In The Budget Organizations Are Subject To Insurance. The Maximum Number Of Employees Of The Customs Agency, Undergoing Insurance, Is 3 596 (Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety -Six) Employees. 2. Estimated Value The Estimated Value Of The Contract Determined In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 2 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Act At The Date Of Its Opening And In Compliance With The Rules Of Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And Art. 27 Of The Pppop Is Bgn 1,000,000 (One Million) With Dpp. The Estimated Value Of This Procurement Is The Maximum Financial Resource That The Contracting Authority Can Provide For Its Execution. The Price Offered By The Participants May Not Exceed The Specified Maximum Financial Resource. The Offers Containing A Proposal For The Price For The Execution Of The Order, Which Exceeds The Disclosed Estimated Value, Respectively The Maximum Financial Resource For Its Execution, Will Be Proposed For Removal Due To Discrepancy With This Pre -Announced Condition. The Offered Prices Must Be In Bgn With A Compulsory Tax On The Insurance Premium (If Applicable), Rounded To The Second Sign After The Decimal Comma. They Should Include All The Costs Of The Contractor Related To The Quality And Timely Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Descriptions, In The Technical Specification, Type And Scope. The Prices Offered By The Participant Should Include All The Costs Necessary For The Performance Of The Service, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Regulatory Requirements. 3. Place To Execute The Order The Place For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Abroad.
