The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Permits, In This Decision On The Building Permit Or The Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works (If Required) And The Implementation Of Construction Works For Comprehensive Thermomodernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Raduczyce, Osjaki Commune, Located On The Plot No. 7 70/1 Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. R. Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), Investment Tasks Entitled: Thermomodernization Of The Firefighting Fire Station In Raduczyce, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Energy Audit. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program And Energy Audit, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Developing A Construction Works Project And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Execution Of Works In The Field Of Thermomodernization Of The Existing Tso Building In Raduczyce, Consisting In:- Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic,- Insulation Of External Walls Not Entered By The Etcs Method Insulation Of Walls In The Western And Partly Northern Facade By The Etics Method,- Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Plinths,- Adjustment Of The Heating System,- Execution Of Lightning Protection,- Performing Pv Micro-Installations,- Execution Of A Band Around The Building. 3) Performing The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Thermomodernization Works, In Particular Walls,- Installation Of Window Sills,- Execution Of Flashings,- Assembly Of Gutters And Drain Pipes,- Plastering And Painting. Photovoltaic To The Distribution System Operator; 7) Preparation Of Full Documentation Necessary To Notify To The Commander Of The State Poviat Fire Service In Wieluń And The Poviat Building Supervision Inspector In Wieluń, If Required By Law. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Colors Of The Facade Trip, Interior Finishing And Materials Used, E.G. Window Sills, Flashing, Gutters And Downpipes Are Agreed With The Contracting Authority.
