Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Research Building With Facilities

The Subject Of The Contract Is Made In A Set Of Technical Facilities Together With Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: 1. Research Building With A Building Area Of Approx. 92 M², Intended For Conducting Research And Development Works. It Is Recommended To Use Materials With A Low Carbon Trail And Components Suitable For Re -Use Or Recycling. The Possibility Of Subsequent Adaptation Of The Building To The Changing Users Needs (E.G. Disassembly Partition Walls, Modular Installations) Should Be Foreseen. The Construction Should Be Properly Protected Thermally And Anti -Corrosion. It Is Recommended To Use A Recycled Container As An Element Of Closed Circulation Economy. The 3Rd Container Magazine Is Based On A 40-Step Sea Container (40 ), Adapted To Storage Technical Equipment. The Container Should Meet The Minimum Requirements In The Field Of Tightness, Insulation And Durability In The Context Of Many Years Of Use And Possible Transfer To Other Locations. It Is Recommended To Use The Recycled Container As An Element Of Closed Circulation Economy. The Construction Of The Tank Should Be In Line With Applicable Industry Standards. In The Life Cycle Of The Object, The Minimization Of Water Losses (Tightness) And Easy Access To Maintenance Should Be Taken Into Account. 5. Fundament Under The Technical Drawbar Together With A Paved Operating Square And A Retaining Wall Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Blocks (Lego-Block Type). The Wall And Surface Must Be Designed Taking Into Account Easy Disassembly And Reuse Of Elements. 6. Disgrating The Life Cycle And Green Public Procurement Should Take Into Account The Life Cycle Of Implemented Facilities, Including: Minimizing Operating Costs (Energy, Water Consumption, Water, Consumable Materials), Selection Of Materials And Environmentally Friendly Materials, The Possibility Of Dismantling And Re -Use Of Elements, Limitation Greenhouse Gas Emissions Throughout The Entire Investment Life Cycle, Preference For Suppliers Using Sustainable Development. In The Course Of Implementation, The Principles Of Green Public Procurement (Gpp) Should Apply, In Particular In The Field Of: • Selection Of Building Materials With Low Environmental Impact, Construction Waste Management (Recovery And Recycling), Optimization Of Natural Resources, Reducing Noise And Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction, Noise Reduction Pollution While Conducting Work. 7.
