Material Scope Of The Construction Intention:- Construction Of Road Lighting Cable Lines (Length Of The Designed 385M Route),- Construction Of Poles And Road Lighting Luminaires (10Pcs/10 Pcs),- Construction Of Columns And Luminaires Of Road Lighting Dedicated To Pedestrian Crossings (4 Pcs/4 Pcs),- Demolition Of Nn Cable Line (7Pcs/7 Pcs). 3. The Entire Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Project Documentation And Applicable Regulations. The Contractors Side Is:- Connection And Launch Of Built Street Lighting And Developing As-Built Documentation,- Ensuring Archaeological Supervision Over Earthworks,- The Use Of Luminaires That Have A Current Product Certificate Made In Accordance With Standards And Obtained An Enec Certificate Or Equivalent. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Design Documentation; 3) Issues Of Works; (Note: The Contracting Authority In The Said Procedure Provides For A Flat -Rate Form Of Remuneration. With A Flat -Rate Form Of Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantity Attached To The Design Documentation Performs Only An Auxiliary And Indicative Function, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All The Work Resulting From The Contract Documents And Project Documentation For The Flat -Rate Price Offered In The Offer On The Basis Of Own Calculation). 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. The Contractor May Propose One Of The Following Warranty Periods And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works, I.E. 36 Months Or 48 Months Or 60 Months. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 36 Months.
