A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Attachments To Swz: A) Annex 10 To Swz - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb), With The Proviso That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Manner Of Conducting Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Different Way From Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding, B) Annex 11 Issues Of Works, C) Annex 12 To Swz - Design Documentation, Including Technical Projects, Construction Project, Plot Development Project4. Warranty: 4.1. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For Completed Construction Works And The Supplied And Built -In Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol And Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers. 4.2. The Contracting Authority Defines It For A Period In The Range From 36 Months (Minimum Date) To 60 Months (Maximum Date). 4.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Warranty For Physical Defects On The Principles Set Out In § 11 Of The Draft Contract - Annex 5 To Swz.
