    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of 1 Specialist Bus For The Transport Of Disabled People, For The Needs Of The Special School Complex No. 17 In Gdynia, As Part Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii Co -Financed From Pfron. 5. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Allowed To Move On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251). The Vehicle Must Have A Approval Certificate For A Complete Bus And A Technical Examination Confirming Its Adapted For The Transport Of Disabled People Or A Approval Certificate To A Complete Bus Confirming His Adapted For The Transport Of Disabled People And Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. 2024, Item 502 As Amended) And Have Ce Signs And Declarations Of Compliance With Applicable Standards And Regulations.
