    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Analysis Of Organization Of Support For School Children And Youth, Struggling With Mental Health Problems In The Context Of Inclusion. The Analysis Is Developed For The Purposes Of Programming Activities Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, And Its Main Goal Is To Recognize The Situation Of Students In The Mental Crisis As Part Of The Inclusion Model. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 3 To Swz / Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Electronic Documentation Folder To The Employer: Word File And Pdf Available For People With Disabilities, In Accordance With The Wcag 2.1 Standard At Aa Level, Intended For Publication On Websites. In Addition, The Contractor Is Required To Provide Such A Meeting Place That Will Be Free From Architectural Barriers Preventing People From Taking Part In Meetings With Limited Physical Capacity4. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of The Contract, Are In Annex 2 To Swz.5. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed In 85% From The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 Implemented As Part Of The Priority Fesl.13.00 European Funds For Technical Assistance Fst Fesl.13.01 Technical Assistance Fst.6.
