1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Access To The E-Service (Application) Purchasing Platform For The Headquarters And 16 Regional Branches Of Krus, Understood As A Ready Tool Operating On-Line, I.E. By Direct Connection With The Web Browser, Hereinafter Referred To As The Application, Enabling The Conduct Of Public Order By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law Together With Procurement, To Which The Ppz The Information Security Management System Implemented On The Side Of The Contractor, In Accordance With Iso 27001 And The Quality Management System In Accordance With Iso 9001 - Or Equivalent Standards Implemented. The Above Certificates Should Be Valid Throughout The Entire Order Processing Period. The Contracting Authority Will Consider The Certificate Issued By An Independent Entity Dealing With Confirming Compliance Of The Contractors Activities With Qualitative Standards, Provided That The Entity Has Accreditation Granted By The Polish Accreditation Center Or By An Equivalent Foreign Entity, Provided That The Accreditation Entity Is A Signatories And A Full Member Of Ea Mla (European Co-Co-Ooperation For Accredation Multilateral Agreement) Or Iaf Mla (International Accreditation Forum Multilateral Recognition Arrangement) .3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Chapter Ii Swz Annex 1 To The Contract.
