    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service To Ensure Accommodation And Meals During Training In The Field Of Defense Preparation Within 08-10.09.2025 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Minimum Requirements Regarding The Quality And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Included In Annex 1 To The Designed Provisions Of The Contract-Hereinafter The Ppu, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To Swz.2.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Hotel And Gastronomy Service With Providing A Conference Room During Training Within 08-10.09.2025 2.1.1. Accommodation Of 45 Training Participants In 3 Single Rooms With Bathroom And Toilet In The Room For Separate Use, Heated, With Access To Wifi And In 21 Double Rooms With Bathroom And Toilet In The Room For Separate Use, Heated, With Access To Wifi-As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Ppu.2.1.2. Meals Of Training Participants On The Deadlines - As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Ppu.2.1.3. Access To The Conference Room (Training) And Parking - As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Ppu.2.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). 3. The Contracting Authorities Were Described In Ppu, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.4.
