Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Lidzbark Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Services Related To The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Lidzbark Commune Covering Two Tasks Carried Out As Part Of Funds Obtained From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Olsztyn: • Task 1 - Removing Asbestos -Containing Products From The Lidzbark Commune (Regarding Beneficiaries Of Action A1.4.1 As Part Of The National Plan Of Rebuilding And Increasing Remaining). Asbestos -Containing Products From The Lidzbark Commune (Regarding The Removal Of Asbestos Containing Products Secured In Real Estate, Which Is Owned By Natural Persons). The Scope Of Work Includes: Collecting, Transporting And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products Located On Real Estate. As Part Of The Works, Pacing, Loading, Transport Of Hazardous Waste From The Place Of Collection To The Place Of Disposal, Unloading And Deposit At The Landfill Containing Asbestos 2. The Task Will Be Co -Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Olsztyn: Task 1 - Co -Financing In The Form Of Subsidies Up To 100 % Of Eligible Costs, No More Than Pln 700/Mg Neutralized Waste Containing Asbestos. Co -Financing Only Up To 500 M2 Of Roof. In The Case Of 5 Applicants, The Roof Surface From Which Asbestos Was Removed Exceeds 500 M2 (A Total Of Approx. 671.56 M2, I.E. 10.08 Mg), Therefore The Cost Of Its Removal Will Be Co -Financed From The Communes Budget. Operating 2 - Funding In The Form Of A Subsidy Up To 80% Of Eligible Costs, Not More Than Pln 600/Mg Co -Financing Of The Project. The Remaining Cost, I.E. 20% Will Be Co -Financed From The Communes Budget. 3. The Contractor Will Receive From The Employer For Each Task, Real Estate Lists From Which Asbestos Products Are To Be Removed To Contact The Property Owners And Agree On The Deadline For The Above Services. The Lists Include Real Estate Whose Owners Submitted A Request For Help In The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products, While The Contracting Authority Reserves That During The Implementation Of The Task Of The Above Lists May Change. In The Contractor Submitted, The Employer Will Determine The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products For Removal, Based On The Information Contained In The Above -Mentioned Applications. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Task In Accordance With The List Received. Asbestos Is Not Allowed From The Locations Not Included In The Statements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Date And Time Of The Service Of The Services Referred To Above With The Owner Of The Property Who Is To Be Carried Out. The Deadline For Performing The Service Should Be Convenient For The Owner Of The Property, But Not Longer Than 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Employer About The Date Of The Service Of Services On Individual Real Estate.
