Based On Resolution No. Xviii/143/25 Of The City Council In Środa Śląska Of May 28, 2025, The Purpose Of Preparing The Document Is To Improve Communication Conditions Within The Limits Of The City Of Środa Śląska, I.E. From Władysława Reymonta Street Through Czesława Miłosz Street To Ogrodnicka Street. On The Basis Of Resolution No. Xviii/144/25 The Document Is Prepared For The Purpose Of The Plot, Marked With The Registration Number 321/4 Am-1 Bukówek Precinct With An Area 3.64 Ha, For Areas Related To The Location Of Devices Producing Energy From Renewable Energy Sources (Photovoltaic Farm). Charges Of The Purpose Of The Abovementioned The Areas Do Not Require The Consent Of The Competent Authority To Change The Purpose Of Agricultural Land For Non -Agricultural Purposes. The Study Of The Study Includes An Analysis Of Output Materials, Including In Particular The Current Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Środa Śląska Commune And The Applicable Local Spatial Development Plans, Urban Inventory Of The Areas Set Out In The Graphic Attachment To Resolutions And: - Developing A Change In The Local Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Act Of 27 March 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Tecchnology Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2404); Development Of Documents Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Conducting Formal And Legal Proceedings On Behalf Of The Mayor Of Środa Ślaska, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Abovementioned Art. 17 Of The Act; The Scope Of The Local Plans Findings In Accordance With Art. 15 Para. 2 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development. Financial Adoption Of The Plan, Obtaining Opinions And Arrangements. In The Scope Of Conducting Formal And Legal Proceedings, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Service Of Placing The Mpzp For Public Insight, Participate In Public Discussions Referred To In Art. 8H And Art. 17 Para. 11 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Cyclical Presentation Of Individual Stages, As Well As Participation In Other Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party Related To The Subject Of The Contract, Including Joint Meetings Of Permanent Committees And Sessions Of The City Council In Środa Śląska. The Costs Related To The Preparation Of The Above-Mentioned Studies Are Borne By The Contractor Of The Mpzp, Excluding:- The Costs Of Map Foundations- The Costs Of Press Ads- The Costs Of The Correspondence For Each Change Will Be Transferred To The Contracting Authority In The Form: A) One In Electronic Form- Text In The Format *.Dt And *.Pdf, Graphic Part In The Format *.Jpg, *.Dgn, *. Covering The Entire Study And The Local Spatial Development Plan (The Graphic Part Of The Plan Is To Be Made In Digital Form On The Basic Map
