1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Commune And City Of Miechów In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), The Act Of 7 July 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023 1688), Resolution Of The City Council In Miechów No. Ix/96/2024 Of November 28, 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Commune And City Of Miechów. 2. Boundaries Of The Study: Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Miechów Commune And City, Excluding Areas Closed Other Than Established By The Minister Competent For Transport. 3. Area Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract: Approx. 14840 Ha, Excluding Areas Closed Other Than Established By The Minister Competent For Transport. 4. The Result Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract Will Be A General Plan For The Miechów Commune. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 7 To Swz. 6. Common Dictionary Of Order Cpv: 71410000-5 Spatial Planning Services 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Greeting For The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts: The Contracting Authority, After Analyzing The Scope And The Size Of The Order, As Well As Contractors Who Take Part In This Type Of Order (Including Small And Medium Enterprises) He Decided That, The Division Of The Order Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract, And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order, Lead To Delays In The Implementation Of Work, And Thus Delay The Entire Investment. The Contract In Question Is Not A Large Order Within The Meaning Of The Theme 78 Of The Eu Directive (The Directive Is Used From The So -Called Eu Thresholds, And The Directive Uses The Concept Of A Large Order On The Basis Of Orders Subject To The Directive - And Therefore Orders With A Value Far Exceeding The So -Called Eu Thresholds).
