The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Commune And City Of Miechów In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), The Act Of 7 July 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023 1688), Resolution Of The City Council In Miechów No. Ix/96/2024 Of November 28, 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Commune And City Of Miechów. 2. Boundaries Of The Study: Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Miechów Commune And City, Excluding Areas Closed Other Than Established By The Minister Competent For Transport. 3. Area Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract: Approx. 14840 Ha, Excluding Areas Closed Other Than Established By The Minister Competent For Transport. 4. The Result Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract Will Be A General Plan For The Miechów Commune. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 7 To Swz. 6.
