A. The Subject Of The Order Is Successive Collection And Management Of Hazardous Waste From Pszoks And The Master Waste And Energia Sp.Z O.O. 1 Installation Installation. 1. The Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect And Recovery Or Disposal Processes. 2. The Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Period Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Sum Of The Waste Mass Shown In Annex 1 To This Contract. 3. The Collection Of Hazardous Waste Will Take Place From The Area Of Pszoks (Indicated In Swz) And Master Waste And Energia Sp.Z O.O. From Monday To Friday From 6.00 To 21.00, The Contractors Transport And At Its Expense. 4. Collection Of Waste From Pszoks And Master Waste And Energia Sp.Z O.O. It Will Take Place According To The Schedule Set Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Waste Within The Dates Specified Each Time By The Ordering Party, Within 2 Business Days Of The Transfer Of This Order. Loading Of The Waste Belongs To The Contracting Authority. 5. The Contractor At The Latest On The Eve Of Waste Collection, Electronically, To The E-Mail Address Will Send An Advision Containing: The Arrival Time Of The Vehicle, Tractor And Semi-Trailer Registration Numbers, The Drivers Name And Surname With The Bdo Number Of Transporting. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Indicated Time, The Waste Issue Will Not Be Realized, And The Employer Will Be Entitled To Calculate Contractual Penalties. 6. Weighing Of Waste Collected From Pszoks Will Take Place On The Weights Of The Employer, Located At The Employers Plant. The Contractor Will Always Be Obliged To Transport Waste Collected From Pszok To The Employers Plant Located In Tychy At Ul. Local 11 To Weigh Them. Weighing Will Be Confirmed By The Wz Document And The Bdo Generated In The Bdo Register Confirmation Of Kpo Issue. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Weight System And The Bdo Register. The Contractor After The End Of Each Month Will Confirm The Quantities Of Waste Collected For The Management Of Waste On The Basis Of The Collective Statement Of Waste Issued By The Ordering Party Collected In A Given Month From Pszoks And Installation Master Waste And Energia Sp.Z O.O. Within 14 Days Of The End Of Each Month. 7. Confirmation Of Issuing Of Waste Transfer Cards And Waste Transfer Card Will Be Issued In The Bdo Register In The Form Permissible By The Legislator. 8. Each Waste Collection, In Accordance With The Principles Of Keeping Waste Records In The Bdo Register, Must Be Immediately Confirmed In The Bdo Register By The Contractor And The Waste Transporting Entity 9. At The Time The Waste Was Transferred By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, The Contractor Takes Over The Responsibility For The Waste Taken Over, For Proper Behavior With Them And For The Effects Resulting From It. 10.
