1 As Part Of The Works Covered By The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform: 1) Demolition Of Existing Concrete Cubes And Asphalt Concrete, Including Foundations2) A Photo Of Humus In The Area Of Works3) Performing Road Dehydration In The Form Of Lymph Wells And Five Sections Of The Rainwater Drainage System That Performs The Functions Of Horizontal Retention And Drainage Systems4). Resistors And Edges For New Surfaces5) Making New Road Surfaces, Conventions And Real Estate. 3. The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Project Documentation Constituting An Attachment To This Procedure, Including: Bill Of Quantities, Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Stwior.4. The Contractor Performing The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Required To: 1) The Implementation Of Construction Works, Making Up The Subject Of The Contract, Comprehensively In Accordance With The Material Scope, Included In The Project Documentation; 2) Compliance With The Content Of All Arrangements And Decisions Issued By The Representative Of The Representative/And The Ordering Party; 3) Performing The As -Built Documentation; 4) Leaving A Passable Section Of The Road In Order To Allow Access To The Residents, In The Situation. They Will Interfere With Access To The Property, Notifying Residents In The Form Of Information Thrown Into The Box Within At Least 5 Business Days Before The Date Of Commencement Of Works Preventing Access To The Property; 5) Maintaining The Place Of Work In A State Free From Communication Obstacles, Immediately Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste, Unnecessary Makeshift Devices And Maintaining Cleanliness And Order; 6) Interruption Of Work On The Request Ordering Party And Securing The Works Performed Against Their Destruction; 7) Performing Work Manually, In Situations That Justify The Location Or Specific Conditions Of Performance If It Is Impossible To Use Equipment; 8) Waste Export And Residues After Work On Your Own And At Your Own Expense To Entities Authorized To Receive Them. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Duties Of The Manufacturer And The Owner Of The Waste Within The Meaning Of The Act On Waste And Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Contract, In Accordance With The Waste Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 9) Securing All Trees, Shrubs And Perennial Plants (Also Protection Of Root Lumps), Which Are Located In Places Where They May Damage Them, And Work And A Method Of Minimal Destruction Of Biologically Active Surfaces In The Field Of Work (As Agreed In Ug); 10) Reproduction Of Biologically Active Surfaces And Removing Damaged Plants And Planting New Plants In Agreement With Inspector.
