I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Building Of The Cereal Magazine, Located On Journal Of Laws No. 10/37 In Radzim, The Kamień Krajeński Commune, The Sępolen Poviat (Inventory No. Disassembly Of Asbestos -Cement Panels, 3. Performing Dismantling And Demolition Works: • Roof Demolition, • Demolition Of A Wooden Ceiling, • Dismantling Of The Clock Mechanism And Transferring It To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, • Mechanical Demolition Of External Walls Above The Ground Level With Turning Into The Interior, • Demolition Of Floor, • Demolition Of Foundation Elements, • Flooding Of Excavations, 4. Equalization And Ordering Of The Area, 5. Removal Of Chase Materials And Utilization Of Hazardous Materials, 6. Implementation Of As -Built Geodetic Documentation And Submitting Its Registration Changes In The Relevant Poviat Starosty. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Project And Technical Documentation And The Conditions And Requirements Related To Its Implementation Are Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Attachments To Swz. Iii. The Contracting Authority Reserves That: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project And Technical Documentation, Currently In Force By The Construction Law, The Environmental Protection Law, The Act On Nature Protection And Other Applicable Law, Polish Standards And Construction Art. 2. There Are Asbestos (Roofing - Asbestos -Cement Plates) 3. Within The Date From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Transfer Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Employer A Statement Of Threat Or Lack Of Threat To Protected Species And Their Habitats. In The Event Of A Threat, The Contractor Will Have To Perform A Natural Inventory At His Own Expense, Along With Obtaining Relevant Administrative Decisions And The Performance Of Possible Compensation Works. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over In This Case After The Contractor Has Notified The Completion Of The Compensation Works Specified In The Competent Public Administration Body. 4. The Condition For The Conclusion Of The Contract Is That The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And Submitting To The Employer, At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract, Paid Policy. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Pay To The Employer With Receivables For The Demolition Materials Obtained In The Amount Of Pln 11,515.19 + 23% Vat, The Value Of Which Was Determined On The Basis Of The Employers Valuation, Constituting An Attachment To Swz
