Tenders Are Invited For Renewal Of The Pavement On Poviat Road No. 5138 E In Chociszew Parzęczew Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Involving The Renewal Of The Surface On Poviat Road No. 5138E In Chociszew Commune Parzęczew Consisting, Among Others, On The Arrangement On An Old Road With An Asphalt Surface Of Additional Bituminous Layers (Raising The Ordinance Of The Grade), Thanks To Which The Structure Of The Roadside Will Be Strengthened, And Thus The Change (Increase) Of Utility (Technical) Parameters Of The Road. As Part Of The Surface Renewal, Milling Is Planned At The Switching Place And In Necessary Places And Translating Exits Within The Roadside Borders. 4. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz; 2) Technical Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz; 5. The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Part Of The Project Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz - Is Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Documentation Of This Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Event Of A Greater Amount Of Works During The Works In Any Predecessor Position, It Will Not Be Able To Be Considered Additional Works With The Request Of Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Works Or Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Documentation Of This Swz Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of Documentation In The Contractual Price. 6. In The Case Where An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Special Process Were Used, Or If The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 6 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Compared To Swz Specified In Swz And Attachments To Swz, Indicating Such Indications Or Reference With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent (Including The Use Of Devices), Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible In A Situation If The Equivalent Or Equivalent Word Was Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Equivalence Consists Of The Possibility Of Offering The Subject Of The Order With Not Worse Technical Parameters, Configurations, Normative Requirements, Etc. The Own Names Of The Manufacturers Of Materials And Devices Given In The Detailed Description Should Be Understood As The Preferred Type In Terms Of Determining The Minimum Quality Requirements.
