1. The Subject Of The Contract Consists In The Renovation Of Ul. Parkowa, Ul. Kamalna In Suchy Las, Ul. Paproci In Komorów Wieś, Street Without A Lateral Name From Ul. Wesoła In Michałowice And Ul. Barbara In A Border In The Michałowice Commune By Making A Surface From A Bituminous Destruct And Surface Consolidation Of Asphalt Emulsion. 2. As Part Of The Works Covered By The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform: A) Mechanical Profiling And Density Of The Existing Substrate Under The Structural Layers Of The Surface, B) A 20Cm Aggregate Foundation, C) Crushing Asphalt Destructure With Removal Of Pollution D) Crushing, E) A Foundation Made Of Asphalt Destruct With A Thickness After A Thickening Of 10 Cm From The Material Of The Employer) Double Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface Using Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grits, G) Vertical Adjustment Ditches With Profiling Dna And Slopes From The Sore, J) Mechanical Troughing Of The Green Area 40Cm Deep, K) Dismantling The Foundation From A 15 Cm Thick Aggregate With Transverse Transport To The New Trough, L) Supplementing With The Humus Of The Old Road. 3. The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined In The Pre -Emptive Of Works And In The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 4. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Described In The Documentation, Including Stwior And The Material Scope Included In The Pre -City Annex To Swz. 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate Closely With The Contractor Providing Waste Collection Services In The Commune. 6. For The Safety Of Traffic Within The Section On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out, From The Moment Of Starting Works To The Time They End In A Given Section, The Contractor Is Responsible. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) In Consultation With The Employer Project Of Temporary Road Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Obtaining All The Necessary Arrangements And Approvals. 8. Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Should Comply With The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Application In Construction, In The Area Of The Republic Of Poland And Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Construction Law And Requirements Of Project Documentation. 9. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Quality Guarantee For The Works Performed And Materials Used For A Period Of Not Less Than 48 Months Calculated From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 10.
