The Subject Of The Contract Includes: - In The Basic Scope: Development Of Project Documentation For The Task Entitled: Improving Traffic Safety At The Katowice -Warsaw Relationship Liaison Officer, The Krakóżanów Junction Along The A4 Motorway Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract And Its Integral Parts, Which Includes Development And Project Documentation Specified In The Termination And Contract, - In Terms Of Options (Law Of Options): A) Covered By Option No. 1 - Geological Works Project For The Purposes Of Preparing An Allowance For Hydrogeological Documentation (Prg) Under The Steś -R Stage Ii (Elements Of The Program Concept) (Ter - Stage Ii Of The Contract - Item B.1.1.) Or/Ib) Scope Covered By Option No. 2 - Addition To Hydrogeological Documentation (Ddh) Under Steś -R Stage Ii (Elements Of The Program Concept) ( Contracts - Item B.1.2. C) The Scope Covered By Option 3 - Answering Questions To The Content Of Swz At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor And A Possible Modification Of The Documentation Developed By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract - Ter - Stage Iii Of The Contract; D) The Scope Covered By Option 4 - Authors Supervision, Hereinafter Referred To As Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task As Above During The Conduct Of Construction Works, Implemented On The Basis Of The Project Documentation Developed By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement - Ter - Stage Iv Of The Agreement. The Contractors Offer Should Take Into Account The Abovementioned The Scope Of The Options Will Take Place In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 19 Of The Contract.
