    1 The Employer Reserves The Right To Launch The Right Option Of: Providing Additional Devices. 2. The Receivable For The Contractor For Providing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Settled In Monthly Proportional Installments Throughout The Duration Of The Lease. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Employer Provides For The Application Of The Options In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act Consisting In Providing Additional Devices As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Mode And Principles Of Exercising The Right Of The Options Are Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, With: 1) The Ordering Party May Use The Options Described In Swz In Whole Or In Part; 2) The Order Carried Out Under The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Therefore Not Using The Opportund Ordering Party, 3) The Deadline For Performing The Order Covered By The Options May Not Be Longer Than 10 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Notification To The Contractor;
