Information About The Designed Facility: The Planned Facility Is An Administrative And Office Building Of Public Utility - Headquarters And Police Station In Nowy Sącz At Tarnowska Street, With A Planned Building Area ~ 650 M2 And Usable Area Of About 1950 M2. The Area Of The Planned Construction Area Is 0.3976 Ha. It Is Assumed That The Designed Facility Will Be Equipped With: Antenna Mast On The Roof Of The Building, Underground Garage, Parking Spaces, Lightning Protection Installations, Systems And Technical Installations Required For Police Facilities, Including: Electrical, Sewage, Gas, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, C.T., Teletechnical, Teletechnical, Radio Communication, Access Control, Sswin, Cctv And Installations: Rainwater, Fire Protection, As Well As The Terrain Fence, The Thermal Lighting, The Backlit Pylon Vitacles And Flagship Masts. Design Works Are Currently Carried Out By The Designer And Are Divided Into Five Stages, Of Which The First Three (Regarding The Concept Project) Have Already Been Implemented.
