The Scope Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Painting Support Structures (Gate Booms, Masts) With Anti-Corrosion Paint Of The Ral 9006 Color, Except For 4 Pieces Of Gates Located At The Intersection Of Domańskiego-Warsaw-Dąbrowskiego Streets And 9 Pieces Of Poles Located At The Intersection Of Traugutta-Poniatowie Perform Once During The Period Of Implementation Of This Agreement, Within The Date Agreed With The Employer), 2) Maintenance In A State Of Cleanliness And Readability Of Lighting Devices And Elements, By: Washing Cabinets Of Controllers, Meter And Indirect Cabinets, Lenses, Reflectors, Contrast Screens, Cameras And A Vertical Road Marking Placed On Signaling Signal Structures Scratches. Light, Removal Of Advertisements, Leaflets, Stickers, Etc. (On A Regular Basis, As Needed Or After The Contracting Authority Is Notified), 3) Pruning The Branches Of Trees To Ensure The Visibility Of The Emitted Light Signals (As Needed Or After The Contracting Authority), 4) Reviews Of Work And Technical Condition Of Traffic Lights Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Correctly Broadcasting Light Signals For Traffic Participants. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Make A Mandatory Current Review Of 1 Time Each Calendar Week. From Each Current Review, The Contractor Will Draw Up A Protocol, Which Will Be Subject To Approval By The Employer, 6) Daily 24 -Hour Protection Of The Full Availability Of Persons In Order To Accept Reports On The Occurrence Of Light Signaling Failures (Also On Sundays And Holidays And Other Days Off), At The Phone Number Indicated In The Offer Form These: A) Removing The Small Failure Of Traffic Lights, Including: Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn Bulbs, Fuses, Led Cartridges, Roofs, Lenses, Signaling Machine Masks, Closures Of Signal Chambers, In No Longer Than 4 Hours Of Receiving The Application, Including Access To The Failure And Actual Removal Of The Failure (Not About The Time ( Accession To Removing Failures And The Actual Time Of Its Removal). The Contractors Notification Of The Small Failure Will Take Place By E -Mail - On The Employers Work Days, To The E -Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor. However, On Non -Working Days And After The Work Hours Of The Ordering Party, Applications Will Be Transferred To The 24 -Hour Number On Duty Of The Contractor, Which Will Be Made Available On The Ordering Partys Website, I.E.
