1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery For The Contracting Authority Of The Rzekuń Commune With Headquarters At Ul. Kościuszki 33, 07-411 Rzekuń, A Mobile Scene With A Sound And Lighting System. The Provided Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Complete In Technical Terms. A Resort Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Have Relevant Certificates, Approvals And Reports Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Item Should Be Delivered To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. 07-411 Rzekuń, Ul. Kościuszki 33.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Demonstrative Mounting Of The Stage With The Launch Of Sound And Lighting Equipment And Ensuring Training In The Assembly And Operation Of The Equipment Covered By The Order For Min. 2 Os.3) The Ordering Party Requires Placing The Project Logo From Which The Purchase Is Financed And The Logo Of The Ordering Party On The Tarpaulin Or In Another Place Agreed During The Contract. The Logos Will Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority. 2. The Detailed Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 9 Of The Technical Characteristics Form And Equipment. 3. The Detailed Conditions Of Implementation Are Set Out In Annex 8 To Swz Contract Template.
