4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of Performing A Full-Branch Design Documentation With A Final Building Permit And Construction Works, Implemented In The Design And Build System, Based On A Functional And Utility Program Prepared By: Construction Supervision And Design, Msc. Ewa Milewska- Mrożek 68-100 Żagań, Ul. Halicka 4 And The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025. 4.3. The Scope Of The Order In Particular Includes: A. Development Of Project Documentation With A Full -Fledged Building Permit B. Performing Demolition Works Of Existing Development C. Performing Earthworks Necessary For The Designed Scope. Performing Works Modifying The Area E. Implementation Of Work Development. Purchase Of Materials And Plants To Develop The Area. Purchase And Assembly Of Small Architecture Facilities. Purchase And Assembly Of Equipment Permanently Related To The Land. Purchase Of Equipment Unrelated To The Ground, The Purchase And Assembly Of The Surface K. Purchase And Assembly Of Equipment Ensuring Thin. Obtaining The Necessary Documents (E.G. Certificate, Certificate) From The Inspection Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground And The Surface With Pn-En 1176 And 1177 Standards. 4.4. The Designer Will Design And Present The Location And Type Of Elements To The Employer.
