In The Case Of When In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Trademarks Have Been Used, This Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Similar Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Project Documentation. The Contractor Who Applies The Equipment Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Show During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
