4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled The Development Of Green Infrastructure In The Czarnożyła Commune, The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Preparatory Works - Earthworks - Renovation Of The Existing Water Pond - Execution Of The Rainwater And Melt Water Collecting System - 3 Tanks For Storage Of Rainfall And Snow) Kwietna Meadow For Many Years - Making A Path From A Permeable Surface - Purchase Of Elements Of Garden Architecture - Purchase And Assembly Of Pump For Aeration Of The Pond. Geodetic And Conducting As -Built Geodetic Inventory4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Included In Annex 1. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation 2) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) The Preliminary Work, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Project Documentation, Referred To In Point 4.3. 1), Stwiorb And A Prejudice Of Works. The Occurrence During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration. 4.4. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In The Case Of Use In The Project Documentation References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions. When Analyzing The Project Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Project Documentation Is Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Word. In The Case Of When In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Trademarks Have Been Used, This Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Similar Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Project Documentation. The Contractor Who Applies The Equipment Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Show During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. The Use Of The Label In The Design Documentation Means That The Contracting Authority Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requiremen
