    The Subject Of The Contract Is: Expansion And Modernization Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure In The Łambinowice Commune The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts: 1St Part Of The Order: Construction Of A Segment Of The Water Supply Network With Connections In Wierzbie1. The Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Segment Of The Water Supply Network In Wierzbie On The Internal Road, Journal Of Laws 102 And 8 Water Supply Connections To The Property Border. The Water Supply Connections Will Be Built On The Basis Of Art. 29A Of The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, 553, 967, 1506, 1597, 1681, 1688, 1762, 1890, 1963, 2029). The Study Of The Study Includes:- Earthworks- Execution And Backfilling 305.0 M Dn 110 On Journal Of Laws No. 102;- Arrangement Of 8 Water Supply Connections To The Property Limit With A Total Length Of 12.96M;- Assembly Of 3 Above-Ground Hydrants Dn80 For The Purposes Of Rinsing And Disinfecting The Network;- Mounting Works Of The Water Supply And Fittings. 2. The Existing State Of Development Of The Plot, Including Information About Construction Facilities For Demolition. Single -Family Housing, Farm And Services. Land -Up. Placed Development Of The Plot, Including: A) Construction Equipment Related To Building Objects: Do Not Apply) The Method Of Draining Or Cleaning Of Sewage: During The Implementation Of The Investment, No Sewage Will Be Produced. Water Supply Network Dn90;- Energy Lines N/N Cable And Overhead.F) The Terrain And Greenery System, To The Extent Necessary To Supplement The Part Of The Plot Development Project Or Terrain: Not Applicable. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Project Documentation- Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.
