Subject Of The Contract1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale Along With The Delivery Of Promotional Materials (Wall Calendars With Envelopes, Christmas Cards With Envelopes) For The Needs Of The Promotion Of The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 1A (Task No. 1) To Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Mandatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.3) Nomenclature According To Cpv: Task No. 1 - 39294100-0 - Information And Promotional Articles 30199792-8 - Calendars 30199791-1 - Wall Schedules4) Given By The Ordering Party Of Any Names (Trademarks), Are Examples, And Their Indication Is Intended To Specify The Expected Standard, With Submission Of Equivalent Offers In The Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6) In The Event That The Employer Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Equivalent To The Described Solutions Shall Be Allowed. The Equivalent Solutions Of The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For Equivalent Solutions. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
