1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos. 2. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Service Of Dismantling Waste Containing Asbestos From Roofing Of Buildings. 3. Asbestos -Containing Waste With Code 17 06 01* And 17 06 05* - I.E. Asbestos Structural Materials, Resulting From The Replacement Or Liquidation Of Roofing Or Other Building Elements From Residential And Utility Buildings, Owned By Natural Persons From The Municipalities Of The Masurian Union. Asbestos -Containing Products Are Laid On The Property Of Residents Who Reported To The Asbestos Removal Program From The Municipalities Of Mzmgo. The Amount Of Asbestos Declared By Residents For Pickup (Estimated Amount Based On The Applications) Is About 224.04 Mg, Assuming That One Cement -Asbestos Wavy Plate Weighs About 15 Kg. The List Of Real Estate Divided Into The Town Is Annex 10 To Swz.4. The Manager Of The Landfill Must Have A Decision Enabling Activities In The Field Of Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos With A Code 17 06 05 - Preparing Asbestos Reception Protocols From Property Owners And A Waste Transfer Card To The Landfill, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves That During The Performance Of The Contract, The List Of Real Estate, As Well As The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos For Collection May Change. The Final Remuneration Of The Contractor Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Amount Of Waste Resulting From Waste Collection Protocols With Residents. 6. In The Event Of Differences Between The Estimated Number Of Asbestos -Containing Products Provided For Removal And The Amount Of Actually Removed Asbestos -Containing Products, The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority. The Actors Actual Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Product Collection Protocols. 7. All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract (E.G. Securing The Place Of Collection, Settings Of Objects And Equipment For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Securing Existing Objects Against Their Damage, Etc.) And The Necessary Tools And Equipment The Contractor Provides On Their Own. 8. The Contractor, Before Starting The Service, Is Obliged To Determine With The Owners Of The Property And The Employer, The Work Schedule, Indicating Specific Waste Coll
