The Subject Of The Contract Is Conducting Services To Support Children Staying In Foster Care In The Wodzisław Poviat In The Form Of Individual Physical And Recreation Activities And Individual Therapy In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Family In The Center, As Part Of The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, For The Priority: Fesl.07.00-European Funds For Society, For Action: Fesl.07.07- Support Of Family, Children And Youth, And Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care. 2. Part 1: Individual Physical And Recreation Classes. The Ace Of Individual Physical And Recreation Classes Is To Support The Proper Psychophysical Development Of Children, Social Integration, Develop Physical Fitness, Strengthen Emotional Competence And Promote Active Forms Of Spending Free Time. Total Number Of Hours: 880 Hours (Clock), On Average Monthly: 40 Clock Hours. The Number Of Children Covered By Classes: 12 Children (Including Disability), Living In 7 Different Foster Families In The Wodzisław Poviat Aged 1 To 15 - With Different Development And Condition Needs.
