1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Engine, Gear And Hydraulic Oils, Technical Lubricants And Operating Fluids For Police Units Of The Province. Lesser Poland. 2. A Detailed Determination Of The Assortment And Maximum Quantities Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 2 To This Swz. The Attachment Is Also A Price Form. 3. The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 2 To Swz. 4. If The Documents Consisting Of A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Contracting Authority Is Indicated - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data Indicated Directly In The Documentation (Technical Or Any Other), Identifying Goods Or The Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above -Mentioned Documentation. As Equivalent Solutions, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Documentation. 5. The Employer, Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards Described In The Order Documentation, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp6 Act. The Supplied Products Must Come Only From Current Production (Production Date: Not Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Date Of Delivery) And Characterized By Guaranteed Durability (Storage Period Until Application) Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Statement Confirming The Above Guaranteed Durability With Each Product Delivery. 7. The Supplied Products May Not Contain Components From Regeneration Of Worked Products And Add -Ons That May Cause Failure To Meet The Warranty Period. 8. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Perform Three Tests At The Contractor, Any Selected Samples From Among The Supplied Engine Or Transmission Oils During The Contract. Samples Of The Selected Oil Will Be Taken In An Amount Of 3 Pieces, In The Presence Of Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. The Samples Will Be Described, Sealed And Sealed. One Of The Samples Will Be Forwarded For The Examination Based On The Collection Protocol, The Other Will Remain Secured At The Employer And The Third For The Contractor. 9. The Contracting Authority, Regardless Of The Entry Point 8, Reserves The Right To Examine More Samples Of Any Engine Or Transmission Oil, Collected In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In Point 8. In The Event That The Test Result Confirms The Products Compliance With Minimal Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 2 To Swz, The Costs Of The Examination Shall Be Charged To The Contracting Authority. If The Test Shows The Non -Compliance Of The Product With Minimal Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 2 To Swz, The Contractor Will Be Charged With The Costs Of The Examination. 10.
