    The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A School Bus For The Needs Of The Transport Of Students To Schools Run By The Mochowo Commune As Part Of The Masovian Support Instrument Buses For Masovian Schools - Edition 2025. The Bus Being The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Factory New, Unused, Full -Fledged, Technically Efficient, Free From All Physical And Legal Defects, In Particular They Cannot Report Any Claims For A Third Party, The Vehicle Cannot Be The Subject Of Prior Registration, Whether In The Country Or Abroad. The Contractor Declares That The Vehicle That Is The Subject Of The Delivery Will Meet All The Requirements Arising From The Generally Applicable Law And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In Detail In Swz Enabling Its Operation/Use As Intended, In Particular That It Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of The Disabled And That At The Time Of Delivery He Will Already Have An Appropriate Approval For This Type Of Vehicle Or The Domestic Individual Permission Of The Vehicle, As Well It Will Be Ready To Use As Intended, It Will Have A Full Fuel Tank And Completed All Operating Fluids. At The Latest At The Time The Subject Of Delivery (Bus) Is Issued, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With All User Manuals And All Other Required Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle And Its Proper Use. The Minimum Technical Parameters And Bus Equipment Were Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
